Exceptional service!
I needed help with a move-out cleaning task and Aline the manager got back to my request within a few hours. Completely understood the assignment and setup the appointment without overcomplications. Very flexible and accomodating 1000% !
The teamate that was assigned, J. , was the most loving and kind person we could have <3 She was knowlegeable and carried out exactly what was requested with ease. Very satisfied with the whole communication , the entire process and the outcome and if anyone is reading this review, if you are looking for a professional team , you should definitely consider hiring Nellies Cleaning services ; you wont be dissapointed!

My daughter had been struggling with keeping their apartment clean due to an injury. I offered to call a cleaning service, and in desperation, they agreed to accept the help. I found Nellie's to be highly recommended on a Maastricht Expat site, so I called and left a message. Not only did Nellie's immediately called me back, they managed to get Gerard over to my daughter's apartment the very next day due to a fortuitous cancellation.

My daughter struggles with anxiety and it is not easy for them to have people in their home. Gerard was very kind and did a wonderful job cleaning up the place. It took four hours. My daughter was completely comfortable with him and requested him again for the next cleaning. It is scheduled for next week and they can't wait!

Nellie's did as I asked and emailed the invoice to me so I could pay it for my daughter. Gerard didn't mind knocking on the window of the unit because the doorbell doesn't work. We had several odd requests for the initial cleaning, and we were accommodated with zero problems.

We were so happy with Nellie's Cleaning Service! Her crew conducted a move-out cleaning for us in 2022 and they went well above and beyond to finish the job. We had weekly cleaning services at our Maastricht home, and it was such a pleasure to come home to a clean house. Assel provided that extra touch that made all the difference. Nellie's again did our move-out cleaning in March 2023, and once again went well and above to help us with full clean-up. Nelly came by in advance to check out my apartment and the needed services for my moving from Maastricht. Then we arranged a day for the cleaning and she sent one of her employees. The services have been carried out impeccably. Besides, Nelly is a lovely and trustworthy person. 100% recommendable!
